Thumbs down 1 star out of 10 for this mouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is based on the R.A.T. 7 - do not buy this mouse. Funking looking but the mouse laser has allot to be desired. Fluctuating movement, laggy at times...just really really cheap.

Let's see how there customer service is. I called them up and let them know but they have no real alternative. Logitech is the best especially for customer service. They will send you one under warranty when there are issues. Best mouse out there is the Logitech G500 for big hands.
