The XT and Pro designations are used by ATI as internal codenames. The final retail products will not have them.

Why don't AMD just drop the price of the HD 5850 as it is superior to the GTX 460.
Drop the price of the HD 5870 as it beats out the GTX 470 most of the time.
and just leave the HD 5890 to compete with the GTX 480.

Either way I'm waiting for the HD6000 series before I upgrade.

As much as I know these GPU won't be any kind of revolution I am somewhat excited to see what they will do to market prices on current gen cards and how Nvidia will respond. (this is the never ending evolution of pricing and advancing technologies, but it never seems to get boring).
