Really good initiative from a new player like Coolit. First it's customer wyse, second it<s awesome service and faster then any trade program we have seen before. No need to send your unit. Bravo!

Looks like a great way to win over existing customers to the new cooler. In my mind this speaks volumes about the manufacturer. What's next I wonder. This kind of incentive should be done by more of them.

This IS pretty neat, but the cynical side of me says that, since anyone taking advantage of this offer already has a Coolit unit, they may not have normally been in the market for a new cooler in the first place. :whistle:

I don't think this promotion is going to get many takers. I was one of the many people that had a Domino fail on them and leak coolant all over. Luckily, nothing else was damaged (many others weren't so lucky). Anyone who would need to upgrade to this would of had to have a bad experience with the Domino. If that's the case, they're probably not interested in ever owning another CoolIt product again (I'm not).

In my opinion, CoolIt should be sending out ECO's as free replacements for the crapily manufactured Domino's.

If you do a warranty claim right now, I'm pretty sure they can do that for you.

CoolIt is a company that's known to stand behind their products, and every company has their faults.
