Actually, both EVGA and Zotac's lifetime warranty are aftermarket cooler friendly. But you have to put the stock cooler back on if you have to RMA it. Other manufacturer's may do that as well, but those 2 for sure from personal experience.

^^^^ Evga is always the 1st out of the gate....why....cause its Evga. Someone asked about the price of this one....won't be for a "Budget Build" or someone looking for "best bang for buck"....likely around $650 I would imagine. For serious WC gamers...
and yes...no Warranty is void by installing a WB for the "best" brands as Sugar pointed out.
