Well, I assume that's what he meant by a 1-year warranty from NCIX.

I wonder if there's a way another manufacturer could take in the BFG cards, and send them back fixed up, or even replaced with that manufacturers product. It'd probably be a bit easier for GPU's, but less so for power supplies. No, there wouldn't be much money to be had from it, but it could be a good promotion for that brand as people remember those things, and tell others about the service.

I wouldn't even call it a rebrand since Antec's name is still all over the thing. Anyway, have you tried calling up EVGA and offering your services? It couldn't hurt to give it a shot...

I personally still think there's a lot of cache in the BFG brand, but with the market as saturated as it is it's hard to imagine anyone taking up on the opportunity.

I'll vouch for you Johnny. When they hear Sushi backs you, you'll be in for sure.

Apparently, BFG was no longer considered a major nVidia vendor, and were not allocated GTX 4** cards, which put a major dent in the company's P&L. This coupled with Bestbuy dropping the BFG PSU line because of the lack of GPU's aided in the demise of the company. They were not able to sell as much PSU's as anticipated and therefore were forced to fold.

Hell, XFX also didn't jump on the GTX 4** bandwagon.
Nvidia is seriously going downhill, and that's not good for us, the consumers.
