iPad - iPad WiFi - iPad WiFi + 3G - Apple Store (U.S.)

Apple store says $499 for 16gb and $629 for 16gb+3g

or for $550 which includes WiFi and 3g + 2gb internal + SD Addon.. for $550?

Seems reasonably priced to me.
