That's kind of old news, don't know why they pull it out. But it's always funny to see intel getting bash by country and have to give money to competitor.

Everyone and their dogs knew there will be a settlement and what likely would be in it. What's news is that it's now signed, sealed, delivered and the slap on the wrist is official.
