A couple months back I emailed them about becoming a distributor or reseller here in canada and they said they are only selling through them.

It's a monthly fee for Tech support...

If you don't want the Tech support it's $200 more though.

Kinda a neat idea though. Because tech support can get pretty expensive, pretty fast.

It could be the kind of tech service where they will trick you into buying new parts or upgrades that will cause you to spend more money...

Kinda like this maybe: CBC.ca - Marketplace - What you should know before you call a geek in to fix your computer
