Corsair Hydro Series H70 CPU Cooler Alright well, seeing as how this currently can't be put into the news as it may still be under embargo (trying to get more details!) Here is some fun news for people: The Corsair Hydro Series H70 Water Cooler has been listed at NCIX NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H70 High Performance CPU Cooler System LGA775 1366 1156 AM2 AM3 - CWCH70 In Canada. I am speculating that it is in fact a mistake that it was posted so early. Trying to confirm this as well as get some more details Here is everything in case it gets take down: Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H70 High Performance CPU Cooler System LGA775 1366 1156 AM2 AM3 Reg. Price: $119.99 CAD What do you guys think? Is it a 240mm Radiator Version, or just a dual fan version? Some people speculate that they may be using larger 1/4" tubing as well. |
Press Release Sure would like to see it! Once it becomes available I'll be watching for a review from HWC with anticipation. :thumb::biggrin: |
still pricey. they need sun 100 dollar tax in. unles it destroys mega and the like, but still more expensive. |
Heh.... not a lot of meat there to allow for educated guesses.... In all honesty, I hope it's a 220 rad, the single rads quite simply don't do it for me as high end air is generally on par and/or better. There was a huge difference between the single and double rad swiftech kits, and nothing has convinced me since then that a single rad kit would do the trick for me. |
Alright, well I've been informed to expect no more details until August :( Looking forward to some nice improvements though. Even for a dual rad setup, $119 seems like a pretty good price. Hoping they improve the mounting as well. I wasn't a fan of the original. Preferred the CoolIt for that reason alone. |
seeing as the 600t is being released with a dual rad space on the roof i would guess the h70 is going to fit perfectly in it. |

Very nice, finally something that can compete with high end air. |
It's since been removed due to broken embargo date. |
Ah bummer, party poopers. They should throw us enthusiasts a bone, build up a little excitement for the product if it is going to be half decent. Aside from this I can't find anyone who has even been able to confirm the H70 exists. How does Corsair expect to encourage people to buy something if people don't even know it exists. The standard launch day PR's and reviews (if any) are just going to be missed if no one knows to expect it. Oh well, not my job to market for them :P |
