I know Powercolor's trying to create a unique product like Sapphire's Vapor-X or MSI's Twin Frozr, and shake their bargain image, but this seems a bit chintzy and pretty ineffective.

Wow, that looks ridiculously stupid. Why not spend more resources towards improving their RMA/support and offer lifetime warranty?
Oh well, XFX will be the only company receiving my business in the ati card department.

I agree, this looks dumb. But who knows, it might perform well. XFX and sapphire are the only ones I consider for an ATI card. EVGA is the only one for a Nvidia Card I would consider (Use to have XFX and BFG on this as well).

Is it me or does this thing look like it may cover 3 slots now? I like the idea of better cooling but not so sure about this.
