Big difference no, small difference possibly (well assuming you have a similar definition of big and small)

Probably no more than a one or two degree drop, if anything. The TRUE Copper is evidence that switching to an all-copper design won't make a tremendous difference to performance, so switching a bunch of the fins to copper will most likely not do much.

I knew something was up with Prolimatech, if you go to there site the Mega Shadows and Megahalems are no longer in production.

ya but people run out to buy black thermalrights over the regular ones. so it's just more options

That's because the Megahalems was replaced by the Megahalems Rev. B which is still in production.

Well, that's just for aesthetic reasons. The black one does look pretty cool, and it performs identically to the normal one. It's usually not much more expensive either.
