Dammit... If I saw this earlier I wouldn't have bought the Spitfire and its ridiculous size. Talk about sweet timing on my part

Looks good. Looks similar to a Twin Turbo Pro actually. Only thing left to do is to see how this performs. Doesn't seem to say how many slots it'll take up though but from the looks of it, its about 2.5 total

Looks nice, but I don't think it would be able to cool down Fermi. Palit tried something like this and failed miserably.

Cool

Hey, they have the test result on the product page:

GELID Solutions > Products

27C lower than GTX480 at full load
Overclock to 800/975/1600-- the temp is just 72C at full load while the stock cooler is 91C

The chart also has a hyper link to the detail test of the this HSF...cool!!

Wow, 5 power heatpipes in a constellation pattern. Their marketing team really had a great time with this one.

I found some non-Gelid stats (no offense Gelid, but I make a habit of never trusting a company's own testing of their own products!)

Quote:
GTX 480 Stock Cooler (fan speed auto)
- idle: 46C
- full loaded: 88C
- full loaded + OC: 91C
GTX 480 Stock Cooler (fan speed 100% + earplugs required)
- idle: 41C
- full loaded: 64C
- full loaded + OC: 76C
GTX 480 ICY VISION Cooler
- idle: 37C
- full loaded: 67C
- full loaded + OC: 72C
