PCP&C is dead. These are Sirfa units. Forget about the quality brand that once existed, because it's not around any more. A bit of advice to other PSU brands: if you have a good manufacturing relationship with Seasonic, don't screw it up. Going from Seasonic to Sirfa is the polar opposite of an upgrade. |
The 910W Silencer was a screamer under load by all accounts, despite using a newer, more efficient (less heat producing) topology. And now they'll going to start offering it in a smaller package? Oh goody. The only thing really of note here is PCP&C's progress towards pulling that 80mm stick out of their arse. Pretty much what most predicted would eventually happen once OCZ bought them up. |
