Hrmmmmm...... $100 difference for the black edition + 400 Mhz. gonna have to see if there are any OC comparisons between the two.... (probably go for the black though as $300 isn't all that much for a hexa-core proc..... ;) ).

if everything is the same(cache etc) why not shoot for the cheapest one? overclocking will make up for it and some! ;)
