Nvidia must be REALLY confident in their performance... official MSRP's are $399.99 USD for the GTX 470, and $549.99 USD for the GTX 480.

I pre-ordered my 480 for now with FedEx 2-Day Air, can always cancel prior to ship if it's not a good card per reviews... if it is, PNY has a lifetime warranty so it's all good :).

PNY 480: PNY Technologies VCGGTX480XPB - GFORCE GTX480 1.5GB GDDR5-PCIE 2.0 2X DVI MINI HDM

PNY 470: PNY Technologies VCGGTX470XPB - GFORCE GTX470 1.2GB GDDR5-PCIE 2.0 2X DVI MINI HDM

Their prices have always been accurate in the past on prior launches such as GTX 280 and 5870 (MSRP) so there's no reason to assume they'd suddenly be wrong this time around.

Those aren't MSRPs, that's price gouging for presales.

Ansd since when does PNY have a lifetime warranty? It's still three years with them....

Hm, I've seen this shop post for 2 previous launches the proper MSRP...

PNY PNY states lifetime warranty on their video cards. Their terms are here: http://www3.pny.com/support/media//F...9-01-09_v1.pdf

All right guys, it's time for you to decide. Things are coming down to the wire. Which would you rather see in the reviews of these cards:

Folding @ Home performance

Or

Overclocking

My guess is 99% of sites won't cover folding. Personally I'd rather see overclocking, =).

I'd prefer Folding @ Home tests, all sites or so will do overclocking so don't jump on the bandwagon ;)

Eh, I've been around quite awhile, just not on this site (I first noticed HWC during the 5870 launch and thought I had registered, apparrently not when I tried to log in ). Fermi just happens to be my major topic of interest at the moment.
