you mark a good point here

MS product are at fare price...it's only the lack of documentation I complain about, many of you are too young to remeber, but even a coco of radio scrap was coming with a user manual at the time.. We don't need manual with the OEM, it's to the builder to provide it. but a retail product without instructions ??? A yes they are a book about the legal copyright stuff

Thank you. I almost forgot about my Adobe rage. Seriously... paying $400 for Photoshop CS4 (upgrade) is almost the equivalent of paying $400 for a Doom 1 mod.

So this is how Canada is going to pay for the olimpics.....

Not like there isn't competition. Everyone knows about apple. There is Linux and Chrome OS. They should sue every company with 90% market share now.

Adobe is much worse with it's rediculose prices.

What? I think you need to look up what a class-action lawsuit is. The government approved the lawsuit, but it didn't file it, and it isn't the plaintiff.

The money returned to consumers (if any) will ultimately wind up in government coffers anyways

I think some people would rather hunt through some drawer or cupboard for an obese manual, thumbing through indexes and losing what page your on etc... Or at least they would feel like a cheap zippy print binding job justifies their OS cost I guess?
