Probably 450 to 500 for the 100GB version if I was to hazard a guess.

They've been listed for about 2 weeks, so it's not exactly a secret:

NCIX.com - Canada's Premier Computer Store - Great Technology, Service and Selection.

100/200GB? Where's the other 20-28 GB on the 100GB SSD? Are they using that for reserve/trash pickup?

That's your first hint that the "LE" drives might not be using an Indilinx controller ;)

Edit: And no, this doesn't have to do with the special pricing on the Vertex 120GB. Vertex is here to stay for now.

Its a Sandforce controller based SSD (the SF1200 IIRC). Sandforce is doing things differently than Indi/Intel/Samsung/Toshiba/etc and going for nice "round" numbers. It still has 128GB of NAND onboard it but the extra room should help a lot with wear leveling. Even without the compression they are going to do (reported to be in the 0.5 - 0.6x write size) this means that this SSD is going to be much more gentle on its cells and last even longer than a OCZ Vertex 120GB which "only" has 8GB set aside. Things get even better with the 200GB as that one in theory will have 56GB set aside for wear leveling!
