film production is quite easy ( cousin a producer ) if it's tech crap that holding you guys back why not film it ruf neck style right in the warehouse and don't worry about a blue screen ( not sure if you used one or not ) walking around talking about parts and the what not. just a thought.

It hasn't really been technical issues. That stuff is easy.

It's just mostly been about coordinating WHERE to shoot, WHAT to talk about, conceptualizing the show, etc. Also just procrastinating.

I enjoyed your pilot episode and agree the tour could be a lot of fun. I also enjoyed Keeton's 250MHz ram that you had to correct him on.

It is very much a pilot - and the first few are likely to be very.... interesting to say the least.

As you can tell - my camera personality skills are very lacking, but it should improve in good time.


We are still working on getting everything organized. As Linus said, the major caveat is primarily time and coordination. I tend to be rather loose with my schedule, but ideally we want this to morph into a regular thing.

In all seriousness though, it was a nice little webcast. I listened attentively to what was said and the production value was quite nice. Also, I liked the "rotating hosts" effect at the beginnig. Did you guys turn the camera or were you standing on a man sized Lazy Susan?

I would recommend not overlapping images over the co-hosts however, Keeton's smile is too endearing to hide behind a graphic effect.

Well, I guess I'll sign-off for now. I've got a lot of pent-up energy to get rid of so I am going to go for a walk lest I drop anymore terrible pens... errr, puns.

Considering I see you all the time on the NCIX steam group, I was wondering why I recognized you yet you only had 15 posts.

ya that's kinda what i thought working out all the fine points. hope to see many more good luck guys that first show was very good
