Aluminum construction + Hard Drive Bay's fixed and added 2 more + $100 more.

And I like the subtle styling on the Fortress much more than the rather "outthere" design of the Raven.


It's the Raven for the higher end budgets

Expected street price is $220 USD on first batch. The first two stores to have them in stock already have them listed at $240 (down from $260 last week).

I like this a lot, but I think they could have styled it better, as in the first fortress (FT01) which had a much sleeker and sexier look. I like the rounded sides and the bottom, but I just can't stand the look of the front panel (too flat and plain!) the FT01 looked sexier. Overall I'm a little disappointed.

I wish Silverstone would drop the whole silly 90 angle thing. The case looks great but the layout is awful.

Some people like the 90 degree angle thing, that's why it sells. I love my RV01, stands out from the crowd. This and the RV02 don't really catch my eye though.

I was informed that the street price was $200 EURO - Now granted this is likely to have the 19% VAT built in but that was not clear.

Estimates back in June/July put it at 150 EURO, but we all know how prices always increase between announcement and actual release.

Not that I doubt you, but if you have a source or a North American retailer with a price different from what was stated please let me know, I want to make sure I have the most accurate information.
