baaahahaha, Google makes me famous!

I remember the day that the google van passed me, so I looked up where I was and sure enough I'm in it staring at the damn camera

I'm in the passenger seat (BEARD!) and my son is in the back seat. My gf is driving and that is her car.

Looks like the picture they have of my place is really old. Like, a year old. We hadn't even started renovating yet

Is there anyway of not allowing them to show your home?

Er. No. Privacy issues dont apply to taking a public photo from the street.

An issue was raised in the UK - I do believe google lowered the height of the camera's to the maximum of a lory driver or something, because if you have a hedge or fence in order to block public view, it may be considered an invasion of privacy to take photo's over it.

edit: my god, even I can't understand my writing sometimes

Wow, even drove through my small neighborhood....

Definitely old though, must be from Spring or so since none of the plants in my front yard are in bloom, and all the trees are bare.
