So what's happening with the HX620? They're getting replaced?

Pretty much. I'd much rather buy an HX650...single rail modular? I'm on it.

Well, technically the HX620 was single-rail as well even if they claimed otherwise on the packaging. I'm a little curious why it's only bronze, when it's bigger brothers are both silver, and approaching close to gold. Supposedly, it's the same DSG platform, with a few tweaks. Maybe the lower power rating drops the 20/50/100 power levels below what the platform is designed for.

Edit: I stand corrected, it's just a tweaked HX620. First source of info was in error.

Only differences with the 620HX is the color of the label, the number of PCIE connectors and the warranty period? Oh well.

The HX650 is basically just an HX620 with slightly better efficiency and 30W of additional capacity. It's still made by Seasonic, not CWT like the HX750 and HX850.
