Diamondback, it depends on the style of how you hold your mouse, my mx1000 i would hold it laying my palm flat on the mouse, it never felt quite right, with the design of the razor you hold it almost claw like, my palm doesn't sit on the mouse back. Let me tell you what a difference it makes gaming, even turned down my sensitivity to what the MX1000 was to see the difference and it is huge in games. Also the logitech software could be a PITA, about every 20 reboots I would have to reconnect, sucked arse IMO.
Oh and the nice long left/right mouse buttons have to be used to be appreciated, the rubber feel is awesome and the action on them is like butter.
That said for the first 2 days I dint like the feel but after that wow, apples to oranges.
