Default Mushkin Announces Europe III 250GB SSD

Quote:
Ever heard or seen of a Mushkin SSD? Neither has most of North America, in fact the lineup (much like their video cards) are not even listed on their website. According to a Muskin spokesperson, the SSD products are only available in Europe (as the product line’s name suggests) however that doesn’t stop it from being news.

My thoughts exactly! They have 32GB "Europe" hard drive out that is supposedly fairly decent in terms of price/performance. Compares to the low end patriot series.

If I had to guess, I'd say this SSD is already available here. It's called the G.Skill Falcon / OCZ Vertex.

With a case that size, what the heck will you use it for? Storing your treasured sealed copy of Debby Does Dallas? ;)

Based on its specs it looks more like a Corsair "P" Series clone. Vertex = Indilinx barefoot Controller. Corsair = Samsung Controller. Though this is just a guess as I have not taken either apart ;)
