I don't agree. It is customer demand that drives sales. And sales are mostly in consoles. Remember when Crysis came out? Yes, it wasn't as optimized as it could have been. But the point is that many games that were created with the PC in mind first brought systems to their knees. Oblivion is another dated game that with enhaned textures and other add-on content can stress your system pretty good.

Today with my Q6600 and HD4890 4Gigs of PC-8500 ram and I still can make my system crawl at 1920x1200 with everything cranked. Sure your going to find butchered, half baked games for the PC. Don't buy them. And for goodness sakes stop buying consoles.
