June 2009 planned OEM ? Wow, if this is true, some fun months are up ahead.

I knwo intel have some oout already, but maybe prices will come down ...

Sold hardware again.....
Currently using WHS hardware....

Is that on 45nm? I see that they make it as efficient as today's processor, but I think they need to work on their IMC a little bit. I would wait for the next gen after Istanbul to upgrade.

Looks niiiiiiiice . Perhaps a couple years down the line when these processors become less expensive I'll upgrade Behemoth

I'll save my jumping up and down for when some software i run might actually use 6 cores. Still waiting on most programs to use 4.

I'm waiting for the 32nm 6+ cores.

The thing with multithreading is that once software can use 4 cores effectively it will probably be able to use 6 or 8 better.

It will be interesting to see how these perform in comparison to current cpus and if they will perform better even when only using one core. And ofcourse what Intel does to respond
