I don't know if anyone has seen this yet ... very cool computer!!

yup, saw that yesterday...simply amazing...a few years from now we're gonna laugh at that!! LOL I like the part where he's dangling all the drives and jumping on the trampoline!

Umm isn't it bad to defrag ssds? I heard some pros and cons to defragging ssd's....

While cool, this doesn't exactly show off the performance capabilites of each drive.

Alter3d Reality on NCIX stated that if these drives do acheive 250MB/s reads NINE of them should be able to hit 2GB/s


And I'm hoping to hit 2GB/s myself when my RAID array comes online.

I will never switch to SSD's until the degradation is stabilized, and the drives are as reliable and long-lasting as good quality HDDs like WD and Seagates.

As far as defragging the HDDs.. meh, mine automatically defrag every sunday at 2:00 AM. Gives it plenty of time to finish by the time I wake up.
