That's quite the corporate structure they've got going there!!!

Looks to me like it's still going to be under the same main umbrella, but located on a different branch.

Good of them to inform their customers, and offer them the chance to opt out though.

Good to inform...requirement by law further from being sued if they didn't. These days who the uck knows what they'll do with your information on hand, even our government agency (CRTC ) will sell it to the lowest bidder.

The whole structure of NCIX(the main parent) and all its sibling companies can make your head spin. If you want to see a headache of a corporate structure, take one look at Sony, its a confusing mess the way Sony handles all its sister companies.

I also want to stress that any invoices related to any recent orders be sent to your current e-mail as part the removal of your information. Whether or not they might be a sibling I err on the side of caution that any hardware purchased before Feb 27, 2009 will not be covered under the "terms and conditions" of the new division.

FiXT you removed your post???

Regards,

EE

why does ncix have so many sister companies? Are they trying to "lap up more of the market" so to speak? I'm tired, so the proper term isn't coming out.. Im trying to say, have more stores to get a wider customer base, and not the same name so people might not think its ncix? Again, forgive me, I'm freakin tired :P
