Foxconn announces p35 mobos with better capacitors This is an Inquirer article so maybe it should have gone in the rumor mill, but there is a picture of the board there on the site FOXCONN HAS announced its first motherboards based on the new Intel 3 Series chipsets. The boards are based around Intel's P35 chipset for Core2 Quad and Core2 Duo chippery, with support for FSB speeds of up to 1333MHz and built-in future proofing for upcoming 45nm processors. Foxconn says the P35A-S and P35A motherboards promise better all-round system performance thanks to its use of decent capacitors rather than some of the bubbly ones that have been knocking about over recent years.
