Default ATI 4850X2 finally becoming reality

Check it out here.

Sapphire launches dual HD4850 - The INQUIRER

Still nothing rock solid on reviews but it is a step in the right direction.

You can read as much as you like about unicorns...but try to find one in the wild.

Now that's what I like to see ATI taking the 2 tops spots in most games with there 2 cards...The 4850X2 could have been a little cheaper...but given the Performance I guess it's fair....but the GTX280 covers more games due to it's single core I think they should price the 4850X2 slightly below the 280...and on a different note the 4850X2 kinda nicks at the balls of the 4870X2 for the $100 difference they sure come close in a few game benchmarks..I am impressed to see this..I wont buy one for my own rig...but I am impressed.

Basically you pay $110 more for the 4870x2; same performance but less noise. Nonetheless I am looking forward to the next round of price drops because of this. GTX 260... mmm would be nice for me :)

Again another loud beast from ATI screaming away while besting its highest end card smooth move, lol I see why they released it late because it would of killed the 4870x2 sales
