By the way, I will likely have the opportunity to meet with some product managers and engineers, so if you guys have any questions you would like answered post them here and will add them to my list.

EDIT:

Regarding the ladies, I seriously doubt there will be any models like you are used to seeing at some events since there is no booth to draw us towards
You might be surprised...

Nice MAC I hope you get some insight on upcomming gigabyte hardware and have a little fun while your at it. Ask the Gigabyte ppl why thier competition website sucks so bad. Heh J/K it's just that I've been entering thier contests for a couple weeks and 1/4 of the time it's down. The ad banner here on HWC says win "the board" so I assumed it was some huge extra special uber OC'ing board the competitors will be using but I see the prize is a GA-EP45-DS3R. I'll be shocked if they use a cheap $120 board to go for the super pi 1M wr. Heres hoping you get a nice free bag o'shwag and some great pics. cheers

lol, we have all noticed that as well.

Maybe Gigabyte overclocked the server just to show how dedicated to the cause they are

I believe they are using the EP45T-Extreme , which Jody reviewed a few weeks ago.

So...no one have any questions for Gigabyte's employees? Or even the competitors?

Nice ....To be honest I never notice MAC was the HWC news editor. Definetly a decent perk get that press pass to get into anywhere.

When your representing HWC you represent Canada. And It may be bold but Ill say it you are representing the best. If you gotta ogle the chicks with chips your doing it for your country there's no shame in that take one for the team, but in agrrement with SKY if I wanted pictures of tits I would surf for porn not Computer Trade Shows...I mean seriously did anyone see the horrific pics from IDF 08 it was like a 20-80 butterface ratio anyway.

How about where they are taking chipset cooling? (i.e. more bang, less bling.... :) ).

Yes MAC I have a very pertinent question for you to ask. Why is it that countries like Iran have Gigabyte sponsored OC events but our humble home has none? I don't mean to denegrade Iran but dosn't Canada represent a larger enthusiast market? How are our talented LN2 OCers going to get the oppertunity to represent our fair nation on the world stage if motherboard makers don't sponsor regional qualifying events here in the great white north? Is Canada suffering from a cold bug? Put a blow dryer on those Gigabyte ppl and tell em to stop freezing us out. (pun intended)
