My System Specs

Default Seasonic fanless 520

Well I blown my evga psu. My fault but I am wondering would this be enough? My system Amd 960T, asus 7970 dcii, d5 pump, 6 gentle typhoon + 1 genaric fan. 2X adata xg900 128 ssd. I wiil be overclocking the system. I figure 125 watts cpu, 300 watts gpu which only leaves with 95 watts for my water pump.

You should be fine, just don't go crazy with the CPU overclocking.

Oh, and consider buying a P3 Kill a Watt one of these days, will give you some peace of mind when it comes to questions like these

It will be enough, but as you said no extra room available. Personally with that setup I would run a 600-650w PSU for long term use. I wouldn't plan on using more than 75-80% of rated capacity if you want it for the long haul (ie you don't want to have to deal with blown PSU every now and then).
