These are actually the exact same PSU internally, the only difference is corsair's warranty is longer so i would go with them.

As JJThomp already said, the Corsair AX760 has the longer warranty, and on top of that, all cables all fully sleeved in black, whereas the Seasonic displays a nice array of colours at the connectors.

Just wondering why go for x750 and not x760? Did you consider the x760 (Seasonic)?

The OP's question relates to the X750, not the X760. So they are actually different units. As feature differences, the AX760 has a switch on the modular side that allows switching between 'regular' and 'hybrid' fan modes for more silent operation AND the AX760 is platinum certified vs gold. Besides that, the major comparison will be price vs features/warranty. Personally, I like Corsair's support, and the extra details in build and features are worth the extra money to me. I'm always a fan of ensuring PSU is one of the best components of your system.

Regarding the Seasonic X760; although the Corsair is MADE by Seasonic, and uses mostly the same internal assembly parts as the X760, they are not the EXACT same units.

I have the Seasonic X750 gold, its the original of this design and doesnt skimp anywhere in parts spec, after doing some through digging both the corsair AX750 and XFX750Black use lower grade parts in places (caps not quite as big, higher impedance mosfets, cheaper fan in the XFX etc...) im sure they will all be good, but I wanted the piece of mind and like overbuilt. It also has the hybrid fan switch as the X760 does and the cables are all black too. Hardware Secrets does a great review on the unit and it will run overloaded as well up to almost 950w! Its a great powersupply for me and has not had a single issue for me.

I had no idea XFX rebranded Seasonic PSU. I have put a couple of XFX PSU in builds for friends. Good to know they are descent PSUs.
