tr2 600w and a gtx 660
So I have the unfortunate luck of having the tr2 600w as my only option of a power supply for the time being (yes I know its prone to failure /not providing rated amperage/possible explosions).I have the opportunity of purchasing a gtx 660(non ti) for 150$ and I just wanted to make sure it would run on the tr2.so basically is the tr2 capable of running a gtx660?thanks

Yes it is capable of powering a 660. You obviously already know the issues and risks with a less than ideal power supply. As long as you are willing to run the risk it should work.

What Video card are you currently running?

In my opinion, I would opt to not spend the 150 on the GTX and get a bit better of a PSU first. Then save for a Card.
If the TR2 goes, and takes the card, you are right back at square one. If it takes more than the card you are down and out your who rig.

I've seen one bad enough where only the DVD drive functioned after.
