Has anyone here RMA'd a PSU to XFX??
If you have may I ask what the procedure is?
Mark Regimbal from XFX tells me I have to create a ticket before they will issue an RMA. The thing is in order to create a ticket one must first have registered their Product and I am unable to do that. I enter the serial number, the date of purchase and the place of purchase. When I press the ok button to continue it has an issue with my serial number.
To furthur confuse the matter Mark says that "*power supplies do not need to be registerred for the 5 year warranty, just keep your receipt or invoice from Ncix to claim it if ever needed." Like what the heck?
What am I missing here?
