Quality of courier service really does seem to depend mostly on the local. I moved around a fair bit with the military, and the service provided varied widely in each location... one area would be great for puro and fedex would be horrible, another local UPS would be the decent service, and you wondered if they had untrained chimps at the warehouse for the others.

I always wondered if it's just because my experience is with delivery to a residential area... surely the business deliveries for the various franchises can't vary that widely from one local to another.

Damn, sorry to hear about all of your troubles with this. However, I hope the new rig is up and running smoothly. Hopefully we did alright. Unfortunately since I'm 3 states away from HQ I couldn't handle any of the shipping of new components out, and I feel that we fell short on going that extra mile for you. :(

No worries. It was international shipping. If someone doesn't do it all the time it can be quite tricky and Fedex is the trickiest when it comes to customs forms. Although they should know to stick a video card in its own box instead of allowing it to get sumo'd by a psu. It works fine though. Casing was just a little loose initially but snapped back no trouble.

You guys did go the extra mile and I am quite appreciative. At times I did become frustrated but all in all I am very happy with the results.

My only complaint is that I didn't get any NZXT swag. A few stickers or something of that nature would have been cool. I feel I must proudly display NZXT logos everywhere to show my appreciation.

Now to see if I can blow this system up. Whats the bios setting for psu explosion?

I think on your board it's setting the RAM to 4-4-4-10 T1...

Heh... it's not the timings that'll blow it up, it's the mem voltages you'd have to apply to get it to boot with them that tight.... ;)

I really do miss the old days of DFI boards with banks of physical headers that had to be made in order to allow crazy high voltages to be applied and the dire warnings that came along with them. :)

Look for speed setting that says 'plaid'....it will be jusssst past "ludicrous" and well beyond "ridiculous" speed. But be careful..and make sure to fasten your seat belt first!!

Update:
Everything has been working fine the last few weeks now. Glad to have everything back together. XNine and the NZXT crew really went above and beyond to help me and even followed up to make sure everything was in good working order. A few bumps along the way but all in all a very satisfactory outcome for me. As soon as I can afford to I'll be moving all my stuff over to a Switch 810. I tried to swindle some NZXT stickers to cover up my MSI logo on my case out of Xnine but that didn't seem to work ;)
