So many cases have a stupid lipped piece of metal above the first PCI slot. Usually this is where the GPU would go and when it does that goddamn lip interferes with HDMI cables. The damn lip has ruined multiple hdmi cables on me as well as the hdmi port on my sons 6450. Why does this lip exist!? It serves no purpose except to make me want to climb up a clock tower....

Aye, NCIX has become a new partner, so we'll have more gear out in the Canadian territories!

Good, I'd been bugging them behind the counter a lot to start carrying the HALE's. Bout time they listened to someone.

Just for transparency sake, I wanted to let everyone know that our Engineer in Taiwan came to the conclusion that yes, in fact, the problem did originate from the PSU. While we'll have to deal with the OEM, that's not something that we'll make the customer wait through (and this is a general rule, not just in this case).

So, our people will be looking to see if the parts that were burnt to a crisp are still available, and if not, what parts we can provide that are comparable in both price and performance. As well, I've asked that we provide a Hale 90 V2 PSU as a replacement unit for the burnt up one. We're hoping to have all of this info gathered by this friday.

Oh, and yes, I emailed Steve (igot6strings) prior to posting this.

Interesting stuff. I would really like to know what could possibly cause a catastrophic failure in a PSU like that. That sounded pretty dangerous.

Excellent. Way to follow through with service! Things like this make or break a decision purchase, in my eyes. NZXT has gone up a solid slot in my mind.

Simply amazed with the level of service NZXT and XNine have provided. They set the bar high. It will be hard for anyone in the industry to compete with what they are doing for me.
Thanks again!
