Antec makes the Neo Eco lineup which are made by Seasonic, they are not super expensive but are overall great power supplies for thier price points.

A good 550w power supply can handle any current single card config out there, 650/750 def up the headroom to most dual card configs.
I think I'll go with a X-650, then get myself another 7850, then a 2nd monitor.. would be it worth replacing my current samsung monitor or should i keep it as a secondary and save 150+ ??

Keep it as a secondary, unless you plan on doing Vision Surround, Eyefinity or selling stocks. If you needed the extra real estate that dual widescreen monitors provide, you'd know it.

Thanks for the feedback, my current monitor is worth quite a bit according to google shopping, although its 4:3 :)
