I would think you would be ok ,but I think you would be pushing it close to it limmits with everthing you have listed. The power supply is very important sinc it nakes everthing work. The X79 and the 3930k would draw a little less but since you will probally want to overclock it may be around the same because of the extra cores. If I was going to upgrade everthing like that I would upgrade my power supply to at least a 1000w ,you might not need it but it would be less strain on the powersupply.

I am using the AX850 and I have two 580s in SLI as well as my 2600K oc'd to 4.8GHz and I have had no issues at all. As for drives and other stuff I have a SSD, 2 normal hard drives, DVD drive, Corsair link w/2 leds, 32GB Dominator Platinum RAM, and an H100. Plus then add a front 200mm fan, a rear 120mm fan and then 4 120mm fans for the H100.

So considering the 680's use less power than my 580s do, I think you should be fine.

Thanks for all the info, FYI the upgrade to LGA 2011 was just a "what if" scenario. I plan to upgrade to LGA 2011's replacement (Haswell-E perhaps?) and will most likely upgrade to 1000-1200w unit then (hoping for an AX1050i to be made). The 920 is still a kick ass CPU and Dual 680's even more so.
