Oh, you put hot air off the CPU rad into case. Good for CPU, bad for every other component in the system. You may damage VRMs on your MB and VC that way.

Make front fan intake, up its RPMs, all others should push air out, including CPU rad fan. Your goal is to make air inside your case cooler.

Bought a new intake fan (Sytche gentle typhoon, the 1450rpm version) and flipped the top 200mm fan as an exhaust. Load temps are roughly the same while at idle I've got a 3-4 degrees decrease.
