Default CM 500 watts sufficient?

I have a budget of $250 and I plan on upgrading my motherboard and videocard this weekend.
mobo + ram combo for $119
NCIX Bundle Deal AMD Performance Edition 8GB 2X4GB Memory & Gigabyte 970A-DS3 AMD970 ATX Motherboard - Bundle Deals - 970A-DS3&AP38G1338U2K
videocard for $100
EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti Fpb 951MHZ 1024MB 4356MHZ GDDR5 2XDVI-I Mini-HDMI PCI-E Video Card - eVGA - 01G-P3-1556-KR

My currnet PC specs

PSU: Cooler Master RS-500-PCAR-A3
AMD phenom 2 x4 965 BE
Antec Kuhler H2O 620
Gigabyte GA-MA 790x DS4(sata2)
4 gigs of corsair reaper ddr2 ram @1066mhz
BFG Geforce 9600 GT oc @ 675mhz 512MB
boot drive: OCZ agility 3 120 GB
storage: seagate baracuda 500GB

Im currently running an i3 540 @ 4.6ghz with a GTX 470 on a TT TR2 500w psu lol. Zero issues after 6 months so far.

The wattage should be fine. Hopefully the 12V rail can sustain a 470 ( I'm sure it can though).

Wattage wise you shoudl be okay, I would just be concerned about the long term life of that system. Those CM units were far from the best 500W units out there.
