ok , but i remember when i have amd x4 athlon and gtx 560ti and 650w psu but that psu wahs alpine brand , and i have 4gb rams the mobo whas bad. and my psu just burn. so how it will be inaf 650w for i7 3770k 16gb rams asus xonar stx sound card?

Probably because the PSU was sub-standard? I don't know what Alpine brand PSU you had was.

Yeah, he will have no problem with an HX650. I believe there was a review by JohnnyGuru where almost 1000w was pulled from that Corsair without issue. The big difference is the maker of the unit and not the actual wattage in this case, not to mention that the Alpine may not have even been 650w even though that was the claim
