hi i want to know if the XFX 1000W PRO1000W Ltd Black Edition (80plus platinum )is as silent and good quality as the seasonic ? And if i have to choose between them at 10$ difference what should i pick up ?

As ilya said, they are basically the same PSUs.

Can't really go wrong with either of them.

And when the seasonic X850 GOLD is 149$ vs the XFX1000 PLATINUM for 179$ ? to power 2 AMD HD5970 , i7 3820, a Rampage Formula and a water cooling loop with MCP655 and 2 SSD 6x120mm fan and 2x200mm fan ? do i stick with the XFX since it is 80+Platinum and offers 1000w (probably for upgrading in the futer my Video card ) ?

Get the 1000w. You'll always have the headroom for another GPU. I have a 850w, and it's drawing 600w from the wall with a 3930k, GTX580 and WC loop. Room for another GTX580, but barely.

Yeah I was drawing 660W (ish) through a UPS with my i7 + 2 560ti cards folding. I vote for 1KW as well.

It figures that they would have these on sale after i payed $180 for my Corsair AX850 last week Oh well, the AX is still a Dam Good (sorry couldn't resist ) psu.
