As far as I know all xfx PSU are seasonic OEM. That said you may want to find a review of the specific model you are interested in to confirm (I would say go for it).

Default XFX 850W - $120 (ar)

I've read they are made by Seasonic as well.
Note the XFX 850W PRO850W XXX Silver is currently on Sale for $120 (ar). I was thinking of getting this one myself.

XFX core editions for sure are made by seasonic, I have used a few in gaming builds they have nice cable length, solid build, and are quite quiet.

Oh yea Im using one myself and its really quite and seems good build, except for the power cable that came with.

Every time you just move the case a bit or touch the cable it shuts down, replaced the cable and everything is perfect now

I currently own this model and it's a great PSU. The only thing that could make this one better is if it was fully modular. I have had no issues with any of the cables but I do use sleeved extensions with the 24pin and the gfx card 6pin's. It also looks Awesome!

yes they are, I have the exact same one, its very quiet and runs pretty cool, happy so far, had it since last summer I think.

for comparison, its cooler running my 6950 CF, than my brand name seasonic 520W was running a single 6950, both are practically silent, have to put my head by them to hear them.
