I would toss in a 950, an 850 will work fine, but I like to leave room for upgrades. I would put this unit in.
PCP&C 950
I love this brand, very reputable, also all come with nice long cables.

Hey everyone, Antec finally responded me, we are investigating right now. I also realized the red light can't come from the PSU since it is completely closed from where I stand. The light must come from bottom right of the mobo. (newbie mistake, yeah I am not proud of that lol)

I'll look tonight.

I think the click sound is just a relay switching in your PSU when you power down the PC. I've noticed that on some of the power supplies that I am using they click when the PC shuts down too. I think the click sound is normal ( like a power switch turning off the juice to the PC).

Plug the system directly into the wall first before doing anything else.

I tried yesterday morning to plug it right into the wall, no change. The more and more I see the issue, the more I think the tick sound is indeed a "switch" on the PSU and that the red light is only a normal behavior of the mobo.
