Default Selecting the right PSU

This might have been asked before but I'm tired and don't feeling searching through the threads so I'll just post my question. How many watt PSU with how much Amps on the 12 volt rail will I need to run the following system.

AMD Athlon 5000+ Black Edition OCed to 3.0 at stock vcore.
AC Freezer 64
Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe
4GB 2x2GB Mushkin EM-6400
XFX Geforce 8800GT 512MB in SLI
HT Omega Striker sound card
250GB SATA2 Seagate 7200rpm 16MB cache
18x LG DVD-RW SATA
4x120mm LED case fans

Future upgrades will include a Phenom processor, water cooling kit for the CPU and GPUs

Yup. The Corsair HX620 would fit the bill perfectly.

I use this site to gauge my wattage needs, not 100% accurate (nothing with electricity is) but it really gives a fantastic idea of what you'll be drawing from your PSU : eXtreme Outer Vision - eXtreme tools for computer enthusiasts

I was thinking either between the Corsair HX620 or the TX650. I had the VX550 before and really like it. The modular feature of the 620 would be create for cable management.
