Any quality 650W supply will be more than enough to run that system. I'm running a Seasonic X650, and it handles my unlocked (and overclocked) 6950 and heavily overclocked 2600k just fine.

I would recommend 650watts as it is more than enough power for all of those components and a bit of headroom for OC. I would say a power supply from Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Silverstone or Antec will do the Job just fine.

would a XFX 650W XXX Edition Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply be ok to use

Most seasonic, corsair, xfx, or antec that are >600w will be fine. The XFX you mentioned is good to go for the task.

keep in mind any expansion in the near future and leave your options open. 650 will run it but think about maybe 750 or 850 for a few dollars more and have some wiggle room

agreed. If you may crossfire then go for an 850w.
