I haven't seen a review that dismantled or properly tested that power supply like Hardware Secrets or JohnnyGuru, so I can't recommend that CoolerMaster. I haven't heard of them blowing up yet, but you can get some units that did go through good reviews for the same price.

Assuming some not-insane overclocks, your actual power consumption should be 260W (stock) -370W (overclock with voltage bump) so you are shopping in the right wattage range to give you some headroom (500-600W).

Take a look at the following:
Newegg.ca - SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
Antec High Current Gamer 620W 48A 24PIN ATX12V V2.3 Active PFC 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply 135mm Fan - Antec - HCG-620
Depending on sales, you may be able to get a Corsair 80+ Bronze unit around the price of that CoolerMaster as well.

I will testify against Coolermaster power-supplies ! I fell victim to it when I bought it and exploded several months ago taking some hardware with it. I say go quality when it comes to power-supplies like the ones from Seasonic, XFX, Corsair, Antec. Also don't buy Thermaltake power-supplies either I fell victim to that too.
