My System Specs

Default is 650W enought for my build?
I am curious whether my system can be supported by only 650W PSU.

My build:
CPU: i7 2600k
GPU: asus gtx570 dcii
mobo: asus p8z68 v-pro
ssd: intel 320 series 80gb
hdd: WD 1TB caviar green
ram: hyper x genesis 1600mhz
cooler: Noctua NH-D14
PSU: corsair hx650
case: corsair 400R (wanted to install case fans to all available fan slots)

can corsair hx650 650 watts supports my build? Sorry I am not so familiar with the power consumption of overall computer system and need your advice. thanks =D

Yes, It is more than enough you even have space for more HDDs and extra stuff.

Thanks for that.

In addition, I might want to try to do some overclocking on cpu as well as gpu, still a beginner in overclocking, will it affect the power consumption as well? if yes, will 650watts enough for that?

You'll be more then fine with 650watt Overclocking doesn't draw a whole lot more power.
