can Corsair 750W handle this?

So I was thinking about upgrading and transitioning my computer from AMD PII X6 1055T and a single GTX 560Ti over to SLI GTX 560 Ti's and Intel i7-2600K paired with EVGA z68 FTW Mobo.

Current build:
AMD X6 1055T
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO 890GX
ASUS GTX 560 Ti w/ factory OC to 900MHz
8 GB (4 x 2GB) G.Skill Ripjaws 1600
CM V8
CM HAF932
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W

So will the PSU be able to handle the switch to Intel knowing that I will OC the CPU and have to two factory OC'd GTX 560 Ti's? (assuming everthing besides the CPU and mobo can be swapped, obviously) Newegg Wattage calculater told me I'd need 770 Watts of power under stock GTX 560 Ti's

Yes no problem at all, you'll be around 500w full load

Yep, it shouldn't have any issues at all handling that load. Those calculators for the most part are inaccurate POSes.

Wow that Newegg calculator says 369 watts for my rig, which actually draws 245 from the wall [EDIT: max overclock]. Maybe if it was one of their Rosewill PSUs you'd need to overrate that much so it doesn't explode

Actually, the new Rosewills (Lightning) are done by Superflower. Makes them somewhat better actually than the Corsairs out there.

But, for the setup you are good to go with that PSU.
