Great review as usual- Check your graph on the 3.3 volt regulation- got the topower in there instead

Is this your new 'recommended high end PSU"?

Can we credit JonnyGuru with some of these improvements?

Thanks Babs. I eliminated the +3.3V chart for now since something seems to be a bit confused with the images. That is from another...upcoming and NDA'd review. Good catch.

And yes, we can thank Jonnyguru for the changes. He seems to be whipping BFG's power supply OEMs into a frenzy.

I did a quick reinsertion of the image but my Blackberry doesn't have all the options I wish it did. It should be updated now but the colors might be a bit off.

Yes and no. This power supply is great but if it comes to market higher than $220CAD, there are alot of other power supplies that represent a better value for your money. At say $230 it would be priced above the following PSUs (based on NCIX price)

Zalman 850W
Silverstone DA850
Gigabyte Odin Pro 800W
Antec Truepower Quattro 850W

True, the BFG is the only one with a lifetime warranty but that only goes so far in the value-added category. On the other hand, if we actually see it at $200 or below it would be near the top of my recommendations.

Personally, I like the design better than any of those four. But then again, $220 is a fair chunk of change.

Yeah good point, the PSU looks like a winner after the JG improvements but there are also lots of others that are good at $200 price point so it all comes down to what they retail for.

Once again, very good review! I give you two thumbs up! Really, I have some spare thumbs here with your name on it...

Great Review Sky, one thing though, you may want to re-word the last paragraph. The use of the word "chink". not that it bothers me, I know what your getting at, but google the word and almost every definition is derogatory. just a thought.
